Tennyson Beach

Tennyson combines a sandy beach with a remnant dune landscape. The Tennyson Dunes Discovery Trail offers a separate way to explore the coastal plants and dunes before or after a beach walk. Start at Tennyson Car Park North off Military Road, then use designated public paths and beach crossings through the dunes. The pin marks the car park. The dunes trail is a separate walking experience; keep to marked tracks to protect coastal plants and wildlife. Bring water and sun protection, and follow current dog and nesting-bird signs.
