Morgan Beach
Morgan Beach lies below high cliffs near Cape Jervis, with sand and a rocky southern reef. The coastal outlook and glacial boulders make it a distinctive scenic stop. The beach is unpatrolled. Check road conditions before descending and do not assume an ordinary car is suitable for driving on the sand. Turn onto the public access road opposite Fleurieu Avenue. Take the left branch towards the beach; the right branch goes to the clifftop lookout. The pin marks the lower road end by the beach approach. The descent is steep and unsealed: check signs and road conditions before driving down. It does not authorise driving onto the sand.
